Trading services are provided only under the client agreement and related documents you accept when you open an account. If there is any conflict between these terms and your client agreement regarding trading services, the client agreement prevails.

We may change these terms at any time by publishing an updated version on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius, and the courts of Mauritius have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
