Restricted Jurisdictions

Our services are not available everywhere. This page explains where we do not accept clients and what we expect from you.

1.Overview

The information on this site is not directed at residents of the United States or of any jurisdiction where its distribution or use would be contrary to local law or regulation.

IST Markets does not offer its services to residents of certain countries and territories, either because of legal and regulatory restrictions or because of our own risk policy.

2.Restricted countries

We do not accept clients who are residents of:

  • the United States of America and its territories;
  • jurisdictions subject to a call for action by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF);
  • countries or territories subject to comprehensive United Nations or other applicable sanctions; and
  • any other country where offering our services would be contrary to local law or regulation.

This list may change at any time without notice. Services and products available to you may also vary depending on your country of residence.

3.Your responsibility

  • It is your responsibility to make sure that using our services is lawful in your country.
  • You must not use a VPN, proxy or false information to disguise your country of residence.
  • You must tell us promptly if you move to another country.

4.Our rights

We may refuse an application, or restrict or close an existing account, where we believe the client is resident in a restricted jurisdiction, in line with our Terms & Conditions and AML & KYC Policy. Questions about availability in your country can be sent to the contact options on istmarkets.com.
